The effects are incredible!

I have OCD and had never considered hypnotherapy as a treatment option. It was recommended by my mother in law. I'm so glad she did because Kay has been fantastic! Kay explained the science behind how hypnotherapy works and is extremely knowledgeable. If you can dedicate your time to put in the practices you learn, the effects are incredible. I would highly recommend.
